Hodge Construction Management provides a hands-on approach to managing construction projects of all sizes, from design inception to project close out. Our group of professional construction managers are comprised of builders, designers, engineers, planning and permit professionals. Sam Hodge is a Construction Management professional who has put in place $4 billion worth of construction throughout his 39-year career. His projects include resort amenities, hospitality, mixed-use, restaurants, retail, commercial, aviation and casinos. Sizes have  varied from mega-projects to small:

  • Borgata Hotel-Casino, Atlantic City $1.3 billion.
  • Palazzo Hotel-Casino, Las Vegas $1.6 billion.
  • Hospitality and Condo projects, $13 million to $300 million.
  • Restaurants, $250k to $7 million.
  • Commercial & Retail, $100k to $5 million.

Sam started HCMC in 2009, after the company he was working with ran into financial problems and downsized. That company (Turnberry, a Florida Developer) then hired Sam as a consultant to unwind a project in San Francisco, in which he helped claw back over $30 million from various pre-paid and levied fees and other property costs.

Sam is a power user of technology and loves complex construction, finding no job too large or too small while paying great attention to details and budget.

Sam is very successful in creating collaborative teams and workplaces.

HCMC’s last project was ‘The Boca Raton Resort’ located Harborside of Lake Boca Raton, in Boca Raton Florida. Part of a $200 million Hospitality/Resort project consisting of a large 4-acre Pool Club, the Main Arrival & Porte Cochere, and multiple Restaurants & Bars (Pool Club Bars & Kitchen, Palm Court Bar, Sadelle’s Restaurant, Grab-N-Go Market, La Principessa Ristorante, and the Japanese Bocce Club Restaurant).

Another recent Hospitality project was the ‘Stanton Marriott Hotel’ Renovation which included a 1938 Historic Building Remodel, 3 elaborate Restaurants (Azabu, Secrete Sushi and Lolo’s Cantina), a Starbuck’s, Spa, Yoga Terrace, Gym, Meeting Rooms, Retail, 2 Pools, a Main Deck with Cabanas, Main Lobby & Porte Cochere entry, extensive Landscaping, and numerous Common Areas.
